My Story....
Back in 2008 the market crashed. I owned a Real Estate Company and Mortgage Company. We went from CRUSHING IT to Flat Broke in what felt like overnight! I also had my daughter in August of 2007 and my Son in December 2008. Talk about being Stressed out, Properties in Foreclosure, having to give back my Mercedes Benz and BMW and wondering how we were going to pay the bills. I started noticing an influx of Pre-Foreclosure Homes and Expired Listings.
I went ALL IN and decided to learn how to List and Sell Expired Listings. I went from ZERO to having over 20 Listings in just a few Short Months. I had to hire an assistant and a transaction coordinator to help. I helped sellers get their homes sold, perfected my skills as an Expired Listing Agent. I won awards at the office and my life (and my families life) changed! I even moved Markets from SW Florida to Miami- didn't know a single person, how to get around OR speak Spanish in Miami and started Crushing it at my new Brokerage, won awards and was featured in local publications and national magazines. All by learning the skills to Prospect Expired Listings!
